The purpose of Congressional Black Associates is to enhance the political, social and economic capabilities of Black people on Capitol Hill, in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area, the nation, and other countries throughout the world. The organization serves as a professional and social network for Black employees who are working on or have worked on Capitol Hill to disseminate information on relevant issues, legislation, employment opportunities and news important to Black people.
