Welcome to the Membership Section of the Congressional Black Associates (CBA) Website. Members may take an active role in CBA as volunteers, committee co-chairs, attend exclusive Members-only events and receive offers available only to Members of CBA. General membership is open to any person employed by US Congress, Senate, Library of Congress or Congressional Budget Office. Associate membership is available for the community at-large. Dues are good for one calendar year, from January to December. To become a Member of CBA for the 2012 calendar year, please remit $20 and your Membership Application to our Membership Chair and Treasurer Emile Washington. His office is 2202 Rayburn House Office Building.
